At MHEIRI PERFUMES, we are committed to delivering a seamless and satisfying experience. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened, tested, or used.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, where applicable.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side. MHEIRI PERFUMES reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
